Standard Apple Terms
Moment uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store. You can read it at Apple's Standard EULA.
Subscriptions
Moment Premium subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, renewals are handled by Apple, and you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
