How do I restore purchases?
Open Moment, go to Settings, then use Manage Subscription or Restore Purchases. Purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit.
How does iCloud sync work?
Moment stores journal content locally on your device and can sync through your private iCloud account using Apple CloudKit when iCloud is available.
How does Moment use AI?
Moment uses Apple on-device intelligence where available and local retrieval over your own entries for reflections. It does not send journal content to a third-party AI provider.
How do I delete my account and journal data?
Open Settings in Moment and choose Delete Account. The app removes local journal data, purges its private CloudKit data, and revokes Sign in with Apple access.
Why is voice transcription unavailable?
Moment requires Apple's on-device speech recognition for transcription. If your device or language does not support it, the app will not send audio to a cloud transcription service.
